CREDIT CARDS
Appointments are secured with a credit card.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS
If you are a first time client, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out the proper paperwork, perform an initial consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not give 36 hours notice of cancellation, your credit card will be charged the full service amount.
This includes gift certificates; if you make reserve an appointment with a gift certificate, then fail to cancel 36 hours in advance, the gift certificate will be used as payment for reserved services.
Exceptions considered case by case.

NO SHOWS
Clients who choose to miss their appointment for any reason will be considered a "no-show," and will be charged in-full for their missed appointment before they can schedule another.

LATE ARRIVALS
If your session starts late as a result of your tardiness, your session will end on time in order for me to stay on schedule and accommodate clients who follow you.
You book a time slot, it starts and ends on time.
Out of respect for me and for those clients who follow you,
please be on time, if not a few minutes early.
Clients who arrive more that 15 minutes late forfeit their appointment and will pay full price for the missed appointment.

CONTACT
Due to the quiet nature of my work, my phone is always on silent.
All calls go directly to voicemail.
I’m dedicated to each patient, just as I will be with you.
As such, I do not answer calls during sessions, ​
Voicemail or text, the choice is yours.
Replies are usually within 36 working hours.

RIGHT TO RESERVE SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without cause.

BOORISH, SUGGESTIVE, OR LEWD BEHAVIOR
I am a highly regarded, professional, Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist (AZ LMT).
Requests or behavior suggesting otherwise will immediately stop the therapy session, you will be charged the full amount of service before discounts were applied, with an additional 30% gratuity automatically added on.
The authorities will be promptly notified.
I have a zero-tolerance policy.

Rates, policies, services, etc, are subject to change without notice.
While I try to keep the website updated, at times there may be misinformation.
